Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DV Ethiopia's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Service

DV Ethiopia provides DV lottery application assistance services, including document validation, photo checking, application preparation, payment processing ($1 USD government fee), and submission to the US government. We do not guarantee lottery selection, which is determined by random selection conducted by the US government.

Eligibility

You must be eligible for the DV lottery program according to US government requirements to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring all documents and information you provide are genuine and accurate.

Service Fees and Payment

Our service fee is 1,000 ETB per application, which includes:

The $1 USD government fee required by the US government
Photo validation and document checking
Professional review of your application
Payment processing and application submission
Confirmation document and customer support

Payment is processed securely through SantimPay. The service fee covers the complete end-to-end application process.

Processing Time

We aim to process and submit your application within 2 hours maximum after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on document quality, completeness, and application volume.

Refund Policy

The $1 USD government fee is non-refundable as it is paid directly to the US government. Our service fee (1,000 ETB) may be refunded only if:

Your application is rejected due to an error on our part
We are unable to process your application due to technical issues
You cancel before we begin processing your application

Refunds will not be provided if your application is rejected due to inaccurate information provided by you or if you are ineligible for the DV lottery program.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
Ensuring all documents are genuine and meet requirements
Maintaining the security of your account and credentials
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Not using our service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes

No Guarantee of Selection

DV Ethiopia provides application processing services only. We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant that you will be selected in the DV lottery. Selection is determined solely by the US government through a random selection process. We are not affiliated with the US government.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DV Ethiopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of DV Ethiopia and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
